What is “Frangle Sober”?

Frangle Sober is a balanced approach to sobriety that embraces individual paths to recovery. While traditional sobriety often means complete abstinence from all substances, Frangle Sober focuses on finding what works best for each person. It encourages a mindful, intentional lifestyle that supports growth, healing, and positive connections, all while respecting personal choices and boundaries on the recovery journey.

At Frangle, we believe in supporting each other without judgment. While we do not encourage the use of alcohol or drugs, we understand that addiction is complex and that relapses can happen. Our goal is not perfection but progress—a life beyond one’s wildest dreams.

If someone does experience a relapse, we encourage our community to view it not as a failure but as an opportunity to support, uplift, and guide them back on track. The flagging system is not meant to criticize but to foster accountability, care, and compassion. Together, we aim to fulfill Frangle’s ultimate mission: helping as many people as possible achieve their goals and dreams by building meaningful connections with like-minded individuals.

Frangle has completely changed my recovery journey. I’ve made amazing friends and found a support system I didn’t even know I needed. The connections I’ve built here keep me motivated every day.
